At Mubimex, we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their handmade khussa shoes. We offer free shipping and returns within the Pakistan and USA for all products. If you are unsure about your size.
How to initiate a refund or exchange?
To initiate a return or exchange request, please contact our customer support team at team@mubimex.com and provide a brief description of your return/exchange reason. Our customer support representative will respond within 24 hours (except on Fridays, in which case we will reply on the following business day)
How long does the refund/exchange request take to process?
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or store credit within 1/2 Days for Pakistan and 2 weeks for USA.. During holidays, it may take slightly longer due to our small team, but we always strive to issue refunds within two weeks at most. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund or store credit has been issued. How much would International Shipping cost? Please note that we offer free worldwide shipping for orders over $55 (excluding a few countries), but prices do not include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or VATs that may be charged upon receipt of the shipment. We do not provide return shipping labels for international customers, but we accept unworn shoes for an exchange or return within 60 days of receiving them. You are free to use the shipping method of your choice, but we recommend a method with a tracking number so that you can follow your return on its journey back to us. All our products, designs, and pictures are subject to copyright, and we take the protection of our intellectual property seriously.
